• Snakes are reptiles. 
• They are characterized by the absence of limbs and body very long. 
• The snake skin is covered with scales and periodically change this.
• Are moved by lateral body undulations. There are many species of snakes, some have poisonous bite.
• Snakes can be carnivorous (eat small animals) or omnivorous (eating eggs of animals).

• Deserts are dry and with very little vegetation. 
• Climates are extreme, in the day makes very hot and at nights are very cold. 
• Animals that live in the desert must be adapted to withstand these high temperatures.
