Pig

• Pigs are domestic mammals. 
• They have a heavy and rounded body, a long and flexible snout, short legs with hooves and a short tail. The hind legs are more developed than later. 
• Their skin is thick and covered by thick hairs called bristles. 
• They are herbivorous animals but on the farm become omnivores. 
• They are used for human consumption. 
• Also, the skin is used to make leather products and bristles for toothbrushes.
